I managed Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for a UAE-based coffee machines & accessories brand, with the goal of scaling revenue efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS on a controlled monthly budget.
The strategy focused on conversion-optimized campaigns targeting high-intent audiences, supported by structured creative testing and purchase-optimized objectives. Budget was allocated across best-selling coffee machines and accessories, ensuring spend was concentrated only where performance justified scaling.
With a monthly ad spend of AED 7K–10K, the brand consistently generated AED 100K–200K in revenue, achieving an average ROAS between 10x–20x. Performance was driven by audience segmentation, creative iteration, and continuous optimization based on purchase data rather than surface-level metrics.
