





I managed and scaled Google Ads for a UAE-based fitness & sports equipment brand with the objective of driving profitable revenue at scale while maintaining strong ROAS consistency.
The account was structured around Performance Max, Search, and high-intent Shopping campaigns, supported by clean conversion tracking and value-based bidding. Budget allocation focused on revenue-driving SKUs, best-selling categories, and high-LTV audiences across the UAE.
Over multiple months, the brand consistently achieved 10x–15x ROAS, generating AED 300K–400K in monthly revenue from a AED 30K–35K ad spend. Campaigns were optimized through search term mining, asset-level testing, bid strategy refinement, and aggressive scaling of high-ROAS segments while controlling wasted spend.
